HOW CAN I PAY MY PURCHASES SECURELY?
By credit card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD):

• By clicking on the credit card of your choice, you are directed to the Crédit du Nord Webaffaires secure payment platform, which incorporates the SSL security standard.

• When paying, you indicate your card number, the expiry date and the security code (3 digits on the back of your card).

• Your bank verifies your identity using the 3D Secure system.

• This confidential data is automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified in order to prevent abuse and fraud.

• The transaction is debited from your account on the day your order is shipped

WHAT IS 3D SECURE?
As part of the fight against fraud, FRNCH implements 3D Secure payment on all its transactions. 3D Secure is an authentication payment system that enhances security when shopping online. At the time of payment, your bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction.

This service is offered to you free of charge by your bank for your payments by Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.

THE AUTHENTICATION PROCEDURE
1. Validate your basket and fill in your bank details.

2. Your bank verifies the identity of the user or cardholder.

After validating your bank details, you are transferred to your bank's website.

In the 3D Secure window that is displayed, the authentication procedure to follow is specific to each bank. You may be asked:

O to enter your date of birth,

O enter a code received by SMS,

O to answer a personal question.

Check at the time of your order that you can receive the 3DS authentication SMS (operator restriction, order from abroad, network coverage, etc.).

3. Finalize and confirm your order. After confirmation from the bank, your payment is validated and your transaction finalized. You receive your order confirmation by email and will be debited on the day of shipment.

Your transaction is canceled after 3 authentication failures. Three canceled transactions lead to the blocking of your payment card. In this case, contact your bank.

FRNCH never asks you for your bank details by e-mail. Entering your bank details is only done on the order payment page.
